I'm just going to pop a couple of things down that were of interest to me from this piece of writting.
-Her logo now-a-days is almost her biggest selling point, her designs are both traditional and futuristic (using lots of symbols in her designs)
-She started out in the 'pre-punk' years
-Her logo (which is practically her signature) is coloured in light pink and gold. I think, easy on the eye but elegant at the same time
-"graphics feed off the fashion" in all of westwoods designs
-By gradually building up her "vocabulary of symbols", it is vital now to her customers of a long time to recognise the logo. It's like having her own stamp. A follower of her work will always understand and respect this label
-Design is vital in Viviennes work.
